I understand that coming to counselling for the first time can be intimidating. Trying to find the right therapist can be stressful. However, taking that step could be the key to a new beginning. I can provide you with a secure, private and compassionate space where you, your thoughts and feelings are welcomed and accepted. Counselling is a journey of personal understanding and growth, helping us to accept and to experiment, to form new behaviours or transform existing ones and to live our best possible lives.
I am a Humanistic therapist, using evidence based practice to help support you on your journey. I hold varied experience within charity services, terminal/palliative care, NHS Primary Care, young adults, historic sexual abuse and more. I receive regular Supervision to ensure I provide you with the highest standard of care as well as being an Accredited Registrant with The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society and adhering to their Ethical Framework.
You may be trying to rebuild your life following a bereavement or figuring out how to move forward after ending a relationship. Maybe you've had adverse childhood experiences that you feel ready to explore, or are looking for support in managing your anxiety/depression. Whatever your reasons may be, if you would like to find out more, please don't hesitate to contact me.

All sessions following the initial consultation are 50 minutes long.
Online Counselling - £50 per session
